Kelly has over 25 years experience in leadership roles, working for large scale organizations in the healthcare industry.  She has managed physician practice operations for Baystate Health Systems (MA) and The Emory Clinic (GA) then transitioned to designing large scale technology solutions for clients, working for both IDX Systems Corp and athenahealth, Inc.  She also provides organizational coaching services for executive leaders, leadership teams and/or enterprise scale organizations experiencing growth and transition.
