Paul Barnes joins Commonwealth Health Advisors as Partner

August 3, 2020– Commonwealth Health Advisors today announced that Paul Barnes has joined the firm as a partner. Barnes’ 30-year background of healthcare operational and business development roles aligns ideally with Commonwealth Health’s overall staffing strategy for its growing consultancy.

Barnes was most recently the CEO and Plan President of Arizona Complete Health. He held previous executive leadership positions at OrthoArizona, Navitas Cancer Services, ActiveHealth Management and APS Healthcare.

Barnes has also held leadership roles in both physical and behavioral health organizations with a strong interest in their integration. Barnes holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology with practice experience in community mental health and child psychology.

She has built an impressive track record of bringing new products to market through deep market research, collaborative design and development, and rapid testing and validation to create outstanding user experiences and value for customers. A veteran of 5 start-ups, Molly is known as a big picture thinker with rigorous execution skills who helps organizations mature and scale to drive long-term growth and profitability.

Eric is an executive and entrepreneur with a track record of delivering high levels of revenue in healthcare technology and pharmaceutical services. His extensive commercial leadership experience runs the gamut from small organizations and provider practices to pharmaceutical firms like Pfizer, Sanofi, and Novartis. As an executive with a growth focus, he has built and led commercial organizations for public and private companies including Stryker, IQVIA, and Patient Point. With a successful exit under his belt, Eric is also an investor and entrepreneur who advises many emerging companies with sales planning and execution.
